Punjab Sahulat Bazaar is a government-regulated market system created to supply essential food items at notified rates. The program transitioned from Model Bazaars to a statutory authority under the Punjab Sahulat Bazaars Authority Act 2025.

Sahulat Bazaar focuses on unbranded essential food items such as flour, rice, pulses, sugar, ghee, vegetables, fruits, meat, poultry, and eggs. Prices are updated daily and enforced on-site.
The Sahulat Bazaar mobile application provides access to live prices and supports free home delivery for selected essential items. Over 300,000 orders were delivered during the January 2026 launch phase.
As of January 2026, Sahulat Bazaar operates through permanent bazaars, mobile “Sahulat On-the-Go” markets, and temporary weekend stalls across multiple cities in Punjab.
